Purpose of recovering the scammers list
I feel it would helpful for player's to be acknowledged that the following players below are known to have scamming records in the past on SAOB so dealers can take precaution before doing deals with them.
It may not have the biggest influence on the gameplay currently, the SAOB wiki community is growing larger and larger,it will impact YOU and having to do future deals.
**Rules of updating the Scammer List**
- Video recommended or screenshot MUST be provided.
- False accusation like photoshopped screenshots and attempting to ruin player's reputation by accusing without proof will result in a ban from the wiki and will be given another type of "title".
- Admins are ALLOWED to add names without any evidence provided
- Players can end up in more than one list
Rules are subjected to change by admins (eg. Witnesses of scamming/more rules)

When can I get my refunds?
- Account got deleted, not able to refund anymore
Can you put ____ on the list?
CLEAR evidence or screenshot must be provided,other cases such as witnesses can also be accepted occasionally.
*Only admins are allowed to add players without the necessity to provide evidence <3
