I, personally, prefer Druid's Cloak. I know that hp regen is very important, but I prefer 15 defense rather than 25 hp regen, since I feel "safer" or "more comfortable" with alot of HP. Also, the Druid's Cloak is 'rarer' than the Aquaplate, so it will 'raise' my reputation (players won't call me a noob and kill me). The Druid's Cloak already has alot of hp regen, so that is enough for me.
But a wise man once said: "Druid's Cloak is good for short fights, while Aquaplate Armour is better for long fights" ( I don't think I need to explain why).
